Puppydog (BTCXYZ) is a Solana SPL token whose treasury and brand fund the BTCXYZ.org nonprofit's work with people in Extreme Financial Duress (EFD). The token combines the cultural energy of a meme coin with the operational rigor of a community organization: workshops on financial and AI literacy, plus microloans for basic needs disbursed through vetted local partners.

Tens of millions of Americans live one small expense away from a major setback. A $5 bus pass, a $20 testing fee, a $50 uniform — the gap is tiny, but traditional finance won't bridge it. Charity is slow, fragmented, and often stigmatizing. Meanwhile, AI is reshaping the job market faster than under-served communities can adapt.

Three programs, executed through local partners:

• Financial Literacy Workshops — budgeting, credit, savings, taxes.
• AI Tech Literacy Workshops — using AI for jobs, businesses, learning.
• Microloans for Basic Needs — small, fast, dignified capital.

Final allocations will be published before mainnet listing. Targeted structure:

• Community / Liquidity — majority of supply, locked LP.
• Nonprofit Treasury — funds programs and microloans.
• Operations — minimal, transparent, multi-sig controlled.
• Partnerships & Grants — onboarding 501(c)(3)s and County Agencies.

Treasury wallets will be published and viewable on-chain. Off-chain spending will be reported via quarterly community updates. Microloan outcomes will be aggregated and shared, never identifying individuals.
